This is a small studio for a single person or couple. It’s located in an old, but well-maintained, upper-class building. The neighbourhood is very lively whereas the apartment is on a quiet street. There’s a larger apartment (Apt 324) in the same building in case you have more than two in your party.

The Daguerre area becomes a pedestrian-only area on weekends and is filled with small boutiques and restaurants. The rue Alésia offers both large, brand-name stores with smaller, bargain basement stores. If you like jogging, the magnificent Parc Monsouris is just 5 minutes away. The Montparnasse area is also a favourite spot for nightlife with loads of cinemas, theatres and restaurants.

From the three, nearby metro lines you can access the rest of Paris very quickly. It’s a direct line to the Marais, Saint-Germain des Près, the Latin Quarter, the Opera House and Notre Dame. There’s also a “free bike” station just down the street.
